How does AI-powered resume import work?

When you use the AI CV import, we use an external artificial intelligence service to analyze the content of the document you uploaded (CV or Skills File).

Why do we use AI?

→ To automatically extract the main information from the document:

  • Contact details
  • Professional experiences
  • Skills
  • Training and certifications
  • Interests
  • Profile summary
  • Key skills
  • Duration of experience
  • etc.

This allows you to save time and avoid tedious manual entry.

What happens to the uploaded document?

→ The content of the document is temporarily sent to an external AI service, solely to perform this automatic analysis.

→ The result is visible and editable before validation, in the skills file editor.

→ The original document remains available in your space, on the user profile.


Important information (GDPR)

Before uploading the document, please check that it does not contain:

  • confidential information (e.g., budgets, internal client information…)
  • or sensitive information (e.g., health information, disability, political opinions…)

If you have any doubts, you can:

  • not use the feature
    • On the invitation screen, do not upload the source file (you can import it later on the user profile, where it will not be analyzed by AI).
  • or manually delete the concerned information before import (by editing the PDF or Word file)
